Cardio Express is a 25 minute class that will get your heart thumping.
It is a blend of cardio machine routines, outdoor sprinting, indoor cardio circuits, and pylometrics.

Express Abs is a 25 minute class that will have your abs on FIRE!!! It is a blend of isolated core exercises using body weight, medicine balls, swiss balls, gliders, and dumbbells.
