A group of people met October 25th, 1967 at the Arkansas Power and Light building in Bald Knob, AR.

Charles Sellers was elected as the missionary pastor.

Thurman Cossey was the pastor of the sponsoring church.
On December 3rd, 1967, the mission was organized into a church.
