This rustic barn showcases its original thick wooden beams and old farm character.
It is the oldest barn on the property with several handwritten signatures dating back to1900.
The original wooden floor measures 280 square feet and makes a gorgeous backdrop for any occasion.
The main Floor is 1300 square feet and has a cement floor that is handicapped accessible.
It contains draped ceiling lighting and a 13 x 14 foot additional cemented area equipped with 6 plug-ins for a food buffet line and room for a cake table as well.

The Barn at Helm is a perfect match for the creative D.I.Y bride! You are welcome to bring your favorite caterer, cake vendor, florist & musicians.
We have seating for up to 150 guests for weddings & up to 100 guests for weddings & receptions.
