Detailed description is We offer Functional Training in personal and group settings We train junior high, high school, and college athletes, helping them reach their goals on and off the field.
7+ years of training in Lebanon has developed 10 all-state athletes, and 25+ athletes who have went on to collegiate careers.
We focus on injury prevention and performance enhancement using cutting edge training techniques including, The human trainer, TRX, sandbags, bulgarian bags, kettlebells, and olympic weightlifting.

We also offer personal and group training, featuring CrossTrain total training, which is $53 per month for 4 personal training sessions per week.
Pay the same as normal gym membership but get 16 personalized training sessions per month.

Tim is the areas most educated, most experienced, and highly certified trainer.
Tim has a masters degree in Exercise Science, is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, is a Certified Sports Performance Coach through United States Weightlifting, and is a Certified Master Trainer from The Human Trainer.
