One amazing space, two artists, and three days to come together to make some magic; a combination of the old world charm of the Sub Pop singles club and the modern reach of the Daytrotter sessions, but with a couple of twists one of which being uniquely Canadian..

Our first session brought together Ottawa based Plumtree alumni and blues harp virtuoso Catriona Sturton and Fredericton powerhouse Motherhood.
They met for the first time in Port Greville, NS Nov 29th and played their first show together Dec 3rd in Sackville.
In between they hung out in an incredible space, bonded with some amazing and talented hosts and made some music together.
Over four days they jammed it out, rehearsed and recorded four tracks together..
As we’re a tape club we’ve hand-dubbed cassettes of the sessions (w download)..

The next session, beginning January 24th, 2016, features Montreal punk-pop sweethearts Nancy Pants and East Coast starlet Julie Doiron.
