Neecy is the saved sister who believes God can do anything but fail.
She tries to instill Godly principles into her family, but of course, everyone is not willing to learn.
Bernie, her sister, is a drug addict who is anything but saved.
She brings comedy to the show with her weird sense of fashion and her eccentric personality.
