The Boys & Girls Clubs of Western Pennsylvania is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit agency serving 7,800 youth and dedicated to inspire and enable all young people, especially those from disadvantaged circumstances, to reach their full potential as productive, responsible and caring citizens of their community, America and the world..

In 1999 the Boys & Girls Clubs of Western Pennsylvania expanded services to inner city teens (ages 14 through 18) by creating a “Youth Enterprise Zone”.
In the Zone we focus on workforce development, entrepreneurial training, financial literacy training and development of leadership skills.
In order to provide teens with “real world” business applications of classroom training, social venture businesses were created in Pittsburgh by the Boys & Girls Club.
Since 1999 over 400 teens have been engaged in the various social ventures..

Our newest Youth Enterprise Zone social enterprise is a business expansion effort to encompass Lawrenceville and all nine branch Boys & Girls Clubs sites throughout Pittsburgh, enabling us to reach more of the community and to serve more and more teens.
At "The Zone" , you will find a full service cafe featuring the best of Gevalia Coffee, Breyers Ice Cream, a variety of hotdogs.
Also at The Zone you will find a specialty gift shop designed for you to be able to purchase a gift for anyone on your shopping list! We would love to help you find the perfect gift for that special person on your list.
We have also expanded our retail space to incorporate an everyday needs section filled with merchandise sure to be on your shopping list!.

We have also started to incorporate Antiques into our daily business.
Whether they be consignment, purchased, or donated all antiques are welcome.
We are open to receiving any antiques whether they are donated or you would like to sell them on consignment.
All proceeds go to the Boys and Girls Club.
