After graduating with honors from Lakeland College where I was trained in both Swedish Relaxation and deep tissue Therapeutic Massage techniques, I started my career in a Physiotherapy clinic in Fort Saskatchewan, AB.
Here, I honed therapeutic techniques, such as myofascial release and trigger point therapy working along side Physiotherapists and other Massage Therapists.
