Detailed description is A nikon D5000, 70-300 mm slr lens and Photoshop elements 9 later- Tinted Windows Studios is born.
I, Samantha, am the artist behind the lens.
I capture the essence of each moment in my photography.
I try to re-create moments of anxiousness, joy, sorrow, stress and other emotions in my pictures.

For the reason that I am a practicing artist as well as a photographer, I apply all rules of art to my photos.
Each photo taken by me is as carefully thought out and manipulated as if it were one of my paintings or sculptures.
I specialize in classic black and white, faded and sepia tint photographs.

I am a student at East Carolina University.
Therefore, the time slots I have for sessions are scheduled around my school schedule.
Weekends (friday, saturday and sundays) are the only days I am able to schedule photo shoots.

As a photographer I, of all people, know how hard it is to relax infront of a camera lens.
Therefore, I have come up with a brilliant solution.
My german shepherd Maximus comes with me to many of my photo endeavors.
He helps my clients to relax and have fun, specially the young children.
I like to call him my "Photographic Service Dog." I will bring this up when coordinating your photo shoot, Maximus does not have to accompany me to your photo session if you do not want! .
I charge hourly (50.00 an hour) and transportation/lodging costs.
I photograph weddings, special events, horse shows, senior pictures, pet portraits, family portraits and much much more!
