To The Top Youth Center is designed to provide safe and secure after school and out of school facility for children of all faiths, cultures, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
While doing so we will provide the youth a safe and nurturing facility to socialize with peers, receive assistance with their homework and receive mentorship and guidance on post secondary education choices.
