Process and delivery is very different from office to office.

TruLinea is client and process focused; we listen first, and then execute.
We do not chase every project, opting instead to be much more selective in our process.
Each prospective client is interviewed about their project and each project is thought through with diligence.
Design is only taken on when we are satisfied that all team members in place (client included) are capable of producing the best project possible; we are in this business for the long haul, building relationships not just homes or commercial structures.

Trulinea also does more with less, using technology in all different forms to change how the business of Architecture is done.
I am extremely excited about the technology that our office has embraced; from project delivery methods to idea and client communication.
We do not just rely on 2D documents for project delivery.
Using Revit (a form of BIM or Building Information Modeling) we model the project from start to finish and we iterate often before we build, finding problems and opportunities to explore along the way.

As you select your architect consider this: Will they go the distance to insure that my home is the best possible home out there? Is it the Architect’s house or mine? Does the architect actually know how a home is built, the conditions and stresses under which this occurs? TruLinea spends a lot of time on the jobsite with muddy boots; we know where each nut and bolt goes and have certified ICC Residential Contractors on staff to ensure the construction process goes as smoothly as possible..

TruLinea was established in Telluride in 2007.

was the first residence, and it was sold in 2012 for a record price of $3.4m.
For almost a decade now we have pursued quality, unique, and valuable real estate for our client’s dreams.
The design process has changed somewhat with Revit, but we still provide sketches, 3d draft models, and lots of research.
The creative team continues to evolve and look to the future for new, unseen and un-replicated projects.
We will continue to focus on quality, and service to our clients will be second to none.
