All tutus consist of four layers of tulle with a choice of up to four colors! Message me and we can get started! I can deliver to these select areas: Wakaw surrounding areas, Saskatoon, Prince Albert, Humboldt and Melfort.
I can mail anywhere else but you pay for shipping!.

Prices: (prices are based on four colours of tulle, a small bow and elastic.
Addition changes or add on's ex: changing the elastic to a crochet band or adding changing the bow to a flower etc, will increase cost so please contact me about your design first and I will quote you a price).
