Michael Flowers and his wife, Ella, started the United Bible Conference (UBC) in Savannah, Georgia to allow the various assemblies he planted to meet and enjoy each other’s fellowship and at the same time learn and meditate upon the Word of God in a relaxing atmosphere..

In early years, UBC grew in numbers to over 700 attendees in the 1980s and 1990s.
Recent years have shown a decrease in numbers, but despite the decline in attendance, the quality of UBC continues to rise to new heights..

Many men and women of God, including Tom Skinner, Crawford & Karen Loritts, Allan Lee, George Washington, Al Whittinghill, and Gerry Gallimore, have blessed the saints with encouraging and powerful messages of hope, love, and warning against the bondage of sinful behavior.
Additionally, skilled musicians and gospel artists have blessed the saints with music allowing our hearts to lift in praise and adoration to one who saved us and is continuously guarding our hearts and minds, the Lord Jesus..
