This lovely 3 bedroom 3.5 bath home sleeps seven and features a spectacular tower room.
Four walls of windows allow panoramic views of WaterColor and Seaside's rooftops.
In one direction you can watch the sunset on Western Lake.
The WaterColor community has 4 pools, a beach club, access to the tennis facilities and miles of nature trails for walking and jogging.
There are a number of inexpensive beach chairs and boogie boards (quantity of chairs / boogie boards not guaranteed)..
