Our properties consist of a restored Round Barn (built in 1911) and a historical museum located in an old schoolhouse (built in 1912).
Both of these properties are listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
We also have a log cabin from the 1850s, a tiny gas station from the 1900s, a railroad caboose from 1912, and an antique firetruck..

Our collections include many items that look at the lived experience of the community of Mannington through the years, from antebellum western Virginia through the oil and gas boom of the turn of the last century all the way to the American Bicentennial and beyond.
