The First Foot Forward Program is a partnership between the University of Western Sydney and primary schools in the Greater Western Sydney region.
Launched in June 2013 by the UWS Office of Widening Participation, the program aims to support schools and families by providing students in Years 5 and 6 with an opportunity to gain a greater understanding of their higher education options..

By giving primary aged students the opportunity to learn about higher education options prior to beginning high school, the First Foot Forward Program aims to reach students at a younger age and plant the seed needed to start students thinking seriously about their future.
