Since 1987, Widows Harvest Ministries has assisted widows who live in the Chattanooga area with home repairs, as well as providing a community of prayer.
Our mission is to plead the case of, provide assistance to, and promote the spiritual growth and ministries of widows.
With a strong desire to care for widows through home repairs and prayer, Widows Harvest wants to empower widows to understand who they are and that they are not forgotten.

Who is considered a widow? While society and the government might describe a widow as someone who has lost her husband, Widows Harvest believes anyone without a husband can fall under this classification.
If a husband abandons his family or divorces his wife, that woman is seen as widowed.

Currently we have approximately 50 to 60 widows who meet for prayer for the city, the church, and each other each week.
