Detailed description is A growing community and housing association in Perry Common, North Birmingham.
We were established in 1994 by local residents of the Witton Lodge Housing Estate, following the decision by Birmingham City Council to demolish 908 'sub standard' houses on the estate.

From humble beginnings, we have now grown and have a dedicated staff team with a number of volunteers, a board of directors and links to many partner organisations.
Alongside this, we have nearly 200 properties to rent, including an Extra Care Scheme - with more properties coming in the future.
