Ye Golden Lion, a Free House, is within walking distance of Wellingborough town centre & 2 minutes from the multi storey car park & Castle Theatre.
This historic grade II listed building is a magnificent Tudor build that dates back to 1540, it is the oldest building in the area.
Many of the original features remain including our restaurant/dining room 'The Hall', with its vaulted ceiling, exposed beams & minstrels gallery.
This unique room is also available to hire for private functions.
