Sue is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200) with Yoga Alliance, an Usui Reiki Master and Registered Practitioner with the Canadian Reiki Association (RP-CRA), a Certified Urban Poling (Nordic walking) instructor, and an Independent Distributor with Young Living Essential Oils.
Sue's wellness offerings help people achieve a greater sense of life balance, holistic health and wellbeing.

Members of Walker House (age 50+), a senior's recreation centre in Prescott, are welcome to join Sue's traditional Hatha and Chair yoga classes at the Prescott Fire Hall and Town Hall on Thursday mornings.
