$2,500 reward offered for info in Huron County father’s unsolved killing Updated Jan 29, 2021; BAD AXE, MI — A month after two masked individuals broke into a Huron County home and killed the man who lived there, police have yet to make an arrest. In hopes of changing that, the sheriff’s office is offering a reward. Sheriff Kelly J. Hanson on Thursday, Jan. 28, announced his office has collected $2,500 to offer as a reward for information leading to the arrests of the people who killed Ricky H. Bailey. Around 11:20 p.m. on Dec. 30, two masked individuals entered Bailey’s home at 2374 Rapson Road in Verona Township. Bailey and his 20- and 11-year-old sons were home at the time.
