Detectives were able to capture a photo of the unknown man who made the purchase of a Scag brand zero-turn mower for $8,550.63. The purchase was made at Hooper Power Equipment behind Cannonsburg Village (418 S. Front St.). Evidently to buy the mower, the subject used another person's credit card information on March 3, 2021. After buying the mower, the man hired a towing company to transport the bright orange machine to a local storage facility.
