Photo courtesy National Park Service Facebook Share GLEN HAVEN, MICH. -- A long-shuttered frontier inn that once boarded lumberjacks and dock workers may be getting a new lease on life as a bed-and-breakfast lodge in Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore. Park officials today announced the National Park Service’s intent to lease the historic Sleeping Bear Inn and Garage in Glen Haven to the nonprofit Balancing Environment and Rehabilitation, known as BEAR, for restoration into a premier B&B.
