Child care workers Rudie Megan Maldonado and Felicia Ann Ferra were arrested after an 8-month-old boy was hospitalized with a skull fracture. The pair is accused of conspiring to conceal the victim's injuries and child abuse. Authorities believe there may be additional victims.
