2 cops lauded for saving a teenager from drowning in La Unio

Residents of Bangar town in La Union were all praises for two policemen who helped save a teenager from drowning over the weekend.
It all started when residents of Paratong 3 sought police assistance about a teenager identified as Andrei Lou Valdez being swept by strong current some 500 meters away
