PennLive.com 2 hrs ago Jenna Wise, pennlive.com A 20-year-old man was killed late Friday night while walking on an Adams County road, Pennsylvania State Police said. Max A. Rufalo, of New Oxford, was fatally hit by a car at about 11:43 p.m. on the Carlisle Pike, just south of Brickyard Road in Berwick Township, state police said. Rufalo was walking south and was apparently in the middle of the road when he was hit by a northbound driver, state police said. Rufalo was pronounced dead at the scene. State police said the driver — a 67-year-old man from Hanover — was not injured.
