If there's one thing the A6 has taught me, it is that I never appreciated it until it was time to choose a replacement. Lackluster Audi service, with below average reliability saw this thread bear witness to more grumbles than actual moments of joy! Thankfully, a lot of grumbles were addressed once I met a fairly decent technical advisor at Audi Service, Kalina in 2019 - referred by a BHPian there hasn't been much to report.
