View Comments After a year of silence, Highland Jazz and Blues Festival will bring the noise, soul, and funk back to Shreveport’s Columbia Park. The 17th annual music event, presented by Lagniappe P.R.I.M.E., LLC, will return from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sept. 18. The 2020 festival was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This fall, the open-air event will commence with two stages of music, an arts market, food vendors, and more at Columbia Park, located at 600 Columbia St. in the historic Highland neighborhood. The festival is free to attend and open to the public of all ages, courtesy of the Highland Area Partnership. Neighborhood street parking is free and shuttle service will be provided by AEP/Swepco.
