YEREVAN, JANUARY 23, ARMENPRESS. 40 non-governmental organizations of the Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh Republic) sent an open letter to the leaders of the Co-chair countries of the OSCE Minsk Group, urging them to discuss the possibility of deploying additional international peacekeeping forces with the mandate of the UN Security Council in Artsakh to ensure the full security of the Republic of Artsakh and its citizens.
