The Ponca City Chamber of Commerce operates differently from other area chambers, in that they only hold one fundraiser every other year. During those fundraiser years, they host the Party at the Palace and Chamber Auction in August. During those non-fundraiser years, the chamber instead focuses on growth. In the past, these were referred to as “membership years”. This vernacular was changed in 2023 from membership to investor, as a means for reflecting the importance of investing in the Chamber.
