View Comments Jermaine Dewone Bolden, 36, who had the street name “Sockhead,” was sentenced Monday by District Judge Ramona Emanuel to four decades in prison for an armed robbery conviction and a 10-year concurrent term for aggravated battery. Bolden was convicted of armed robbery and aggravated battery, both with a firearm, on Feb. 27, 2020, in Caddo District Court. Jury deliberation took less than 30 minutes. Bolden's victim was shot and robbed on April 8, 2018, after he was lured to a friend's home where Bolden was a guest. The case was prosecuted by Assistant District Attorneys Sam Crichton and Ed Blewer. Bolden was defended by Kurt Goins.
