64% of consumers deleted more apps than they installed in last 12 months: Cisco study, ET Telecom

Cisco: The findings also shed light on the changing consumer behavior towards mobile apps. 63% of consumers stated they felt disrespected by brands whose applications do not meet their expectations, 69% are less forgiving of brands when problems occur, and 88% have stopped using or deleted applications because of performance issues over the last 12 months.
