65-year-old Lee man accused of sexually abusing teenage girl

Investigators said Keith R. Westcott Sr., of Lee, attempted to rape and committed several lewd acts against the girl when she was under the age of 17. When the girl was 17-years-old, investigators said Westcott continued to forcibly touch her.
