Print TV personality and talk show host Ellen DeGeneres has announced her own furniture design competition on HBO Max. Seven designers will compete for $100,000 in "innovative furniture-making challenges from studios in their hometowns." DeGeneres will appear in each episode to surprise the contestants and the judges. Actor Scott Foley will host the show, with judges including interior designer Brigette Romanek, artist Fernando Mastrangelo, and Foley himself. The show begins streaming on HBO Max on April 22.
