Mar 4, 2021 The Richland County Commissioners Thursday approved a digital security upgrade for the Richland County Juvenile Court system at a cost of more than $182,000. According to RichlandSource.com, the analog system they have now is 15 years old and the digital update will include 58 cameras. Work could start sometime next week and take close to 9 months to complete.
