THE bishop of St Asaph has urged readers to 'listen out for the angels' in his Christmas message. Drawing parallels between the heavenly host of angels who visited the shepherds after Jesus’ birth and the bravery and dedication of those who have served us throughout this year’s pandemic, Gregory Cameron remembers the words of the well-known carol It came upon a midnight clear. Describing it as his "carol for 2020", it speaks of the darkness of the world, but calls people to listen to the message of the angels. Bishop Gregory said: "I suspect many of you will know it [the carol], and sing it this Christmas, but it says something very appropriate.
