A LEAGUE OF HER OWN: Even a fool is wise if he keeps silent Heather Harris Michonski/harrisheatherl@gmail.com It fascinates me when I see nasty comments following the Super Bowl. So many, including the mother of a star quarterback, feel the need to chirp out negativity. It’s befuddling to me. Most of the folks griping have never played a sport in their lives, yet are out there throwing shade. Quite frankly, the only ones who have the right to feel that passionate about the outcome are the athletes who put forth the effort on the field. Certainly not ESPN commentator Chris Berman who, in his post-game comments, thought it was appropriate to drag out the ugly car crash that Chief Head Coach Andy Reid’s son was involved in, offering it up as a reason as to why the Chiefs lost.
