A man of principles July 1, 2021 Usman Khan Kakar was indeed a man of principles. He never compromised on democratic norms and constitutional obligations, and had unflinching faith in judicial independence and the supremacy of the constitution. He was against the interference of state institutions in the affairs of parliament. He always raised his voice for the rights of oppressed communities and the poor. He remained a loyal member of the Pashtunkhwa Mili Awami Party (PkMAP). Throughout his political career, he struggled to provide better life amenities to people. His vision was to promote democratic values in the country. He was a charismatic leader who was loved and respected by an enormous number of people.
