A royal thank you for unsung community heroes during COVID-19 Staff and clients threw a royal thank you party Tuesday for some behind-the-scenes people who helped others make it through the COVID-19 crisis. Royal Estates of Wichita Falls hosted an event celebrating unsung heroes who helped keep the senior community safe during the pandemic. The event honored the Wichita Falls City-County Health Department, Meals on Wheels, Boomtown Pharmacy, Hawk Pharmacy, Eagle Pharmacy and the Wichita Falls Area Food Bank. “We see their hard work, dedication, and heart- and we appreciate them more than they can imagine,” the home said in a release.
