Abdulah: We cannot remain silent on murder of runaway teens Movement for Social Justice political leader David Abdulah. FILE PHOTO POLITICAL leader of the Movement for Social Justice (MSJ) David Abdulah said the public cannot continue to remain silent about the murder of two children who escaped a Children’s Authority safe-house last week. He was speaking at a press conference at the party’s headquarters on Lord Street, San Fernando, on Monday. Last week, five teenaged boys escaped from the safe-house in Valsayn, but two 15-year-olds –Antonio Francois and Semion Daniel – were gunned down in Laventille days later. The authority’s director Nichola Harvey-Mitchell had said there was a “security lapse” at that centre.
