Abu Sayyaf member wanted by Esscom surrenders in Sulu | Daily Express Online

Kota Kinabalu: A member of the notorious kidnap-for-ransom Abu Sayyaf Group (ASG), who is on the wanted list of the Eastern Sabah Security Command (Esscom), surrendered to the military authorities in Sulu, Philippines, on Friday.

Sulu Anti-Terror Joint Task Force told Daily Express that Alvin Yusop alias Arab Puti, together with 14 other comrades, turned themselves to the military with firearms.
Yusop, who took part in the kidnapping of Indonesians off Sabah waters, is a close aide of top ASG leader Radulan Sahiron.
