Author: A cat will soon be in the care of an animal shelter after it was found tied up in a trash bag having been tossed in a dumpster in North St. Paul. Minnesota-based Companion Animal Control posted a picture of the cat on its Facebook page, saying it was found in a dumpster on 11th Avenue on Friday. Companion Animal Control isn't the company in possession of the cat, but said it was posting about it to help a "mutual impound facility" in the hopes of finding leads in the case of cruelty against the cat.
