Accused killer in South Lyon arraigned on second felony murder charge

Fadi Zeineh, a Washtenaw County teen, is facing a second felony murder charge after the recent death of a South Lyon father who had already lost his son in the same armed robbery in their home.
Zeineh, 19, was arraigned Friday on the charge, a few days after Stamper, 42, succumbed to the wounds he sustained the night of Dec. 30.
Zeineh allegedly broke into Stamper’s East Liberty Street home and shot and killed his son Dylan Stamper, 17. Kevin Stamper was taken to the hospital in critical but stable condition at the time but died Jan. 26.
Zeineh faces 10 felony charges that include murder, armed robbery and felony firearms. It appears that an assault with intent to murder charge became the second felony murder charge.
