Article content Active COVID-19 cases continued to decline on Friday within the Eastern Ontario Health Unit, as 24 new cases were reported. At the time of publication, there was a glitch in the counts on the EOHU’s summary page highlighting the day-to-day changes; it listed an increase of only 13 cases, however by comparing the municipal breakdown numbers from Thursday to Friday, the increase was 24. The running total of cases within the region now sits at 4,528.
