ANNE: THIS SHOULD BE VERY GOOD NEWS. TODAY MORE THAN 200 BRAND-NEW CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES WILL BEGIN TAKING CALLS AT THE UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION SERVICES CENTER. ACCORDING TO THE DEPARTMENT LABOR AND INDUSTRY, THIS IS WHAT IT MEANS FOR YOU. THE NEW CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES WILL ANSWER BASIC CALLS.
