Aditya L-1: Home to Sun observatory, Udaipur behind 1 of 7 Aditya L-1 payloads

Scientists from Udaipur, a popular travel and wedding destination, have contributed to the solar mission Aditya L-1 by developing one of its payloads. The payload, called Aditya Solar Wind Particle Experiment (ASPEX), will allow scientists to study the activities of the Sun for 24 hours. Currently, only 10 hours are available for research.
