Administrator to manage Prairie Heights for at least 180 days

Article content
A Saskatchewan Court of Queen’s Bench judge has approved the appointment of an administrator, in place of its defunct board, to manage the currently shuttered Prairie Heights condominium for six months.
Clayton Barry — partner in McDougall Gauley, who was “tentatively” appointed by the court to be the building’s administrator — will now oversee Prairie Heights for 180 days, Justice Richard Elson said in a fiat issued Friday. Barry will have the authority to exercise powers normally held by the condo board, which has not met since February and all but one member has resigned.
