After argument, Fort Myers man with sword speeds off with woman, child

A domestic disturbance turned threat to kill after a Fort Myers man forced his girlfriend and child into a car and sped away, crashing red lights and wielding a sword at the woman.
Bryan Alec Jobson, 22, remains in Lee County Jail on $20,000 bond and charged with aggravated assault, kidnap and false imprisonment, cruelty toward a child, reckless driving and battery. He will be arraigned May 24
Jobson was also in court May 3 for probation violations on a 2018 burglary and criminal mischief case.
A Lee County Sheriff's Office report said Jobson was preparing food the evening of April 24 when an argument over going to Chick-Fil-A began between him and his girlfriend, also the mother of his two children.
