After protocol, another major row erupts; DDC chief, dy write to LG After protocol, another major row erupts; DDC chief, dy write to LG Offices intentionally being given away from Hqrs Sanjeev Pargal JAMMU, Apr 16: Hardly the dust had settled on controversy over Warrant of Precedence of District Development Councils (DDCs) chairpersons, vice chairpersons and members, another major row has erupted in some of the DDCs with one chairperson and vice chairperson each shooting off letters to Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha launching direct attack on the Deputy Commissioners for not facilitating their functioning properly and violating the due protocol. DDC Ramban chairperson Dr Shamshad Shan and DDC Udhampur vice chairperson Juhi Manhas Pathania have written to the Lieutenant Governor comprehensive letters briefing him on host of decisions taken by the District Development Commissioners while Kishtwar DDC chief Pooja Thakur has also charged the DC with violation of protocol and giving them the office which is not even fit for Class-IV employees.
