Inspector General of Kashmir Police has directed to place snipers on high-rise buildings and relocate permanent bunkers. Anti-terrorists operations will also be increased to thwart any possible terror attempts. The order comes in the backdrop of the recent incidents of terror attacks in the Valley. On Friday, two policemen were killed after a terrorist opened fire at them in Srinagar's Baghat area of Barzulla.
